Last March 2011, Google banned all the gambling sites due to the recent fraud incident which affected three major players: Pokerstars, Fulltiltpoker and UB. Also known and coined as Black Friday, the effect of this incident was that most of the gambling sites’ decreased it’s revenues because no one was given the opportunity to play in the US market. Aside from this, all players can’t get their earnings in these gambling websites.
The only person who can solve this issue is Gary Johnson (a former New Mexico Governor in the U.S.). He believes that “The federal government should not be involved in restricting lawful commerce that doesn’t harm anyone. ” He also made a statement during one of his interviews in Las Vegas wherein he said “As President, I will do everything in my power to restore your right to play online poker, and ensure that such a right can never be taken away again.”
According to his statement during the interview, he intends that all people in the United States have the right to use their money no matter what circumstance would be. At the same time, he believes that all the earning of the gamers should be retrieved because they worked hard for it.
If ever Gary Johnson will win the Presidential election, it will, if not completely, at least give a little boost of help with the financial crisis that almost all Americans are currently facing. As we all know, the U.S. dropped it’s stocks which led to recession, which led to a lot of people not paying their taxes.
